Rules

Rules are simple for this league.

Offense
Do not run the same play over and over. Mix it up
Limit the number of HB passes a game (HB should not have more then 5 catches in game)
You can go for it on 4th down anytime in the game IF it is 4th inches. Only other reason you can go for it on 4th down is if it is the 4th qt and you are down.
Onside kicks should only be done in the 4th qt if you need the ball back to win.
Play players at their positions.

Defense
Blitzing should not be done every play.
No moving more then one guy around pre-snap. (this doesn't include pre-set shifts.
Play players at their positions. However DE can play DT, MLB can play OLB, FS can play SS.
